In my humble opinion, THE BEST RESTAURANT IN MOSCOW.

This place surprises me every time I come here. I don’t normally venture out of the center to dine out. Nor am I particularly interested in “Eastern kitchen” which you can find basically in any restaurant in Moscow. But this place is something UNIQUE.

Dear owners, please accept my praise:

You can’t order a table here. This is good for two reasons— a) you NEVER NEED TO MAKE A “DEPOZIT” b) they are obliged to seat you when you arrive no matter how many people you come with. I’ve been here on a Saturday night with 8 friends—waited 10 mins for a table.

The service is incredibly efficient and even friendly. They go out of their way to make things comfortable. They’re always moving tables around to suit their customers’ needs. They come to take your order before you’re even ready to order. There’s always ENOUGH MENUS FOR EVERYONE AT THE TABLE. Once you’ve placed your order, you get the drinks/food in a humane period of time. I’ve never called out “BOY” or “GIRL” here. If your glass is empty, they ask you if you would like another drink. THEY ASK YOU “HOW WAS YOUR MEAL?”

The prices. This is the strange part. The restaurant is on a boat (can you imagine the rent they’re paying?!), yet I’ve never dropped more than 3 000 rubles for me and my g/f here - despite the fact that I order a bottle of Jameson every time I come (1,600). This is the kind of place where I even order an entrée or soup! I don’t know how they do it… Possibly money laundering on the side?

Prize dish—KHATCHAPURI. I could come here and eat only khatchapuri, it’s that good. Dishes are simple but filling. Never had toilet problems after eating here. And even if I did, I’d still come back for more.

In 3 years of eating out, I can say that nothing rivals this restaurant. It’s ahead of the competition in all fields. And the people appreciate it—it’s full all the time—and it’s open 24 hours! The public is a little rough, but hey, what’s a couple of fist fights outside when the value for money is so good?

UPDATE: I would advise to come here for a meal at a reasonable hour. Recently came here for dinner at 0:00. The crowd was a bit rowdy. I ended up having a knife thrown at me. I can, however, sympathize with the guy who threw it. Despite this, nothing will stop me from coming back here regularly!

A trip to the Moscow River never seemed so appetizing!
